William McPhee
Vice President - Market Officer
William McPhee joined Stotan Industrial in June of 2024 and currently holds a position of Vice President – Market Officer of California. He is responsible for sourcing new development and acquisition opportunities throughout California as well as other key growth markets in the Western US, including Las Vegas, Reno, Phoenix & Salt Lake City.
Prior to joining Stotan, Will spent 8 years with Overton Moore Properties where he closed nearly $1.5B in new development and investments throughout California, Nevada & Utah.
Will holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance with a focus on Real Estate from Texas Christian University.
