Michaela Freitova

Michaela serves as Director of Operations & Marketing at Stotan, overseeing corporate functions across accounting, treasury, marketing, and investor relations.

She manages the firm’s day-to-day operations, including cash flow monitoring, bank account administration, construction draw processing, and corporate reporting for both the firm and its project entities. She leads investor relations by drafting communications, coordinating capital raises, and managing distributions, ensuring timely and accurate engagement with investors. In addition, she directs the company’s marketing and branding initiatives, overseeing digital strategy, public relations, and rebranding projects.

Michaela earned her MBA from Lewis University. Originally from the Czech Republic, she now lives in Phoenix, Arizona, and enjoys traveling and staying active.
