Blake Waeghe

Blake is a Development Manager at Stotan, responsible for the oversight of industrial development across the Midwest, with a primary focus on the Chicago market. Blake is involved in all phases of the development process, including site sourcing, entitlements, and project execution.

Prior to joining Stotan Industrial, Blake was the Investment Sales Analyst for Colliers International. Blake focused on underwriting, research, and marketing of all listings in the Chicagoland and Midwest markets.

Before joining Colliers, Blake spent two years at Shive-Hattery as an Electrical Engineer Designer. He was responsible for creating engineering drawings for retail, industrial, and office spaces for corporate clients.

Blake also spent a year as a Supply Chain Associate at PepsiCo’s 2 million SF Quaker Oats manufacturing facility. He managed a diverse team of operators and electricians while deploying technical procedures to increase efficiency throughout the plant. Blake is a member of NAIOP Developing Leaders.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a minor in Mathematics from the University of Iowa.
