Stotan Crossings O’Hare is a $21 million Class A industrial redevelopment completed in January 2024. The project was fully leased shortly after completion to a last-mile tenant and sold in June 2025.

Totaling 100,400 square feet, the project transformed a vacant 1960s office building into a modern distribution facility with 32′ clear heights, 12 exterior docks (expandable to 19), two drive-in doors, and ample parking. Its prime infill location provides direct access to I-294 and is just five miles from O’Hare International Airport, making it an ideal hub for last-mile logistics users.
