KeHE Foods Cold Storage BTS

Stotan Industrial delivered a 530,474-square-foot build-to-suit cold storage distribution facility for KeHE Foods in Elkton, Florida, in May 2025. The $100 million project was completed on time and finished under budget.

Designed to support KeHE’s network of more than 6,800 employee-owners, the facility includes 394,739 square feet of dry warehouse space, 41,537 square feet of cooler space, 63,688 square feet of freezer storage, and 30,510 square feet of office space. Together, these components solidify the company’s operational base in St. Johns County. As North America’s largest distributor of natural, organic, specialty, and fresh products, KeHE will use the facility to enhance service capacity, strengthen efficiency, and support its continued growth across the region.
