Jack Ensminger
Investment Analyst
As an Investment Analyst, Jack is responsible for underwriting investment and development opportunities, overseeing project due diligence, conducting market research, and supporting leasing and disposition efforts.
Jack joined Stotan Industrial in August 2025 after interning with the firm the previous summer. Prior to joining Stotan Industrial full-time, Jack earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, graduating in May 2025.
Originally from Portland, Oregon, Jack enjoys traveling, cooking, basketball, and skiing outside of work.
