Chris Vojick

Chris Vojick joined Stotan Industrial in January 2026 as Vice President of Development. He is responsible for leading development activities from site due diligence and feasibility through design, construction, and delivery of new industrial development opportunities nationwide. 

Prior to joining Stotan Industrial, Chris served as Vice President of Industrial Project Management at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Charlotte, NC. He acted as Owner’s Representative on complex industrial & advanced manufacturing projects across the United States. His experience also includes design-build & EPC project execution with national general contractor, Graycor Construction Company and global EPC, Bechtel. Chris has completed more than 1.2 million square feet of industrial development and advanced manufacturing TI.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Penn State University. He brings a detail-oriented, execution-driven approach to delivering technically complex industrial developments.
