Tim Hearld

Tim Hearld joined Stotan Industrial in February 2026 as Vice President of Development. He is responsible for leading development activities from site due diligence and feasibility through design, construction, and delivery of new industrial development opportunities nationwide. 

Prior to joining Stotan, Tim was a Project Manager at ARCO/Murray in Chicago, where he led large-scale industrial developments across multiple U.S. markets. He managed the full design-build lifecycle for speculative and build-to-suit warehouse projects, overseeing site DD, budgeting, buyout, and execution. Over the course of his career, Tim has led $150+ million in ground-up industrial construction and directed preconstruction efforts on $200+ million in prospective developments, including large-scale distribution and manufacturing facilities.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Purdue University and is currently pursuing an MBA in real estate and finance at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management
