Stotan Industrial is pleased to announce the acquisition of 70-acres in Laredo, Texas, on December 30, 2024, ending the year on a strong note.

This milestone further solidifies Stotan’s presence in the Texas market and propels its logistics port strategy, capitalizing on the surge of nearshoring activity in northern Mexico.

Port Laredo Trade Center will feature three state-of-the-art buildings, collectively offering 932,600 square feet of premier industrial space. Building sizes range from 181,560 to 414,080 square feet, providing scalable solutions for logistics and manufacturing users. Strategically located less than 9 miles from the World Trade Bridge, the busiest truck crossing point on the US/Mexico border, this development offers proximity to the nation’s largest commercial land port, handling over $320 billion in trade volume in 2023.
