Addison Office Center is Stotan Industrial’s first acquisition planned for redevelopment. Acquired in June 2024, the 116,550-square-foot office building—built in 1981 and now mostly vacant and underutilized, with only two tenants remaining—will be transformed into a 130,000-square-foot Class A industrial facility or sold for redevelopment.

Situated on a 9.8-acre site within the Meadows Business Park, the property benefits from infill positioning in DuPage County, where industrial land near O’Hare International Airport is scarce. The site’s existing M4 zoning allows for industrial use, streamlining the redevelopment process and eliminating rezoning hurdles.
