Crossroads at Rock Hill

Crossroads @ Rock Hill is an approximately 942,000 square foot, three-building Class A industrial park on 77.58 acres at 905 Caterpillar Drive in Rock Hill, South Carolina. It is Stotan’s first development in the greater Charlotte market and is designed for a broad range of bulk distribution, manufacturing and logistics users.

The property is less than one mile from a full interchange on I-77, about 30 minutes south of Charlotte. That gives it direct access to one of the Carolinas’ main manufacturing and logistics corridors, in a submarket with few Class A options for larger users.

The project will be built in two phases. Phase I includes a 435,283 square foot cross-dock building and a 273,000 square foot rear-load building. Phase II adds a 234,000 square foot rear-load building. All three buildings will have 36′ clear heights, and the park will provide approximately 333 trailer stalls and 908 auto parking spaces.
