Port Laredo Trade Center – Intermodal Facility

Laredo IOS Development is a $22 million Class A industrial outdoor storage facility under development on a 25.8-acre site in Laredo, Texas. Construction began in August 2025, with completion anticipated in Q1 2026.

Located just minutes from the World Trade Bridge—the busiest commercial land port on the U.S.–Mexico border—the project will include 699 trailer stalls, a 19,710-square-foot maintenance building with seven drive-through bays and one drive-in bay, and a 2,250-square-foot office and parts area expandable to 3,375 square feet. Designed to meet modern logistics and security standards, the development complements Stotan’s northern parcel project and will serve as a key hub supporting cross-border trade and distribution.
