Port Laredo Trade Center – Intermodal Facility

Laredo IOS Development is a $22 million Class A industrial outdoor storage facility on a 25.8-acre site in Laredo, Texas. 

Located just minutes from the World Trade Bridge—the busiest commercial land port on the U.S.–Mexico border—the project includes 699 trailer stalls, a 19,710-square-foot maintenance building with seven drive-through bays and one drive-in bay, and a 2,250-square-foot office and parts area expandable to 3,375 square feet.

Designed to meet modern logistics and security standards, the development complements Stotan’s northern parcel project and will serve as a key hub supporting cross-border trade and distribution.
