Stotan Industrial has appointed Will McPhee as Vice President – Market Officer of California.
In his new role, Will is responsible for spearheading Stotan’s West Coast investments. He will source development and acquisition opportunities throughout California as well as other key growth markets in the Western US, including Las Vegas, Reno, Phoenix & Salt Lake City. Prior to joining Stotan, Will spent 8 years with Overton Moore Properties where he closed nearly $1.5B in new development and investments throughout California, Nevada & Utah.
Will holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance with a focus on Real Estate from Texas Christian University.
