Jack will be responsible for managing implementation from zoning and entitlement through occupancy of new development opportunities for Stotan Industrial.
Prior to joining Stotan, Jack was a Project Manager at McShane Construction Company located in Rosemont, IL. He managed design/build and general construction of build-to-suit and speculative industrial warehouse and commercial office projects both locally in the Chicago area and nationally. During his seven years with McShane, he completed 2+ million square feet of industrial buildings.
Jack is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Marquette University and a master’s degree in construction engineering and management from the University of Colorado Boulder.
