Bobby Patterson, Stotan’s first employee, has been promoted to Vice President – Market Officer. In his new role, he will be focusing on sourcing more opportunities in the Greater Chicago market.
This is Bobby’s second promotion in one year. Bobby started as an Analyst and was soon promoted to Development Manager. He is responsible for underwriting investment and development opportunities, managing project due diligence and assisting in leasing and disposition of assets for Stotan Industrial.
