Ben Harris

Ben joined Stotan in December of 2023 to expand Stotan’s operations in the Mid-Atlantic. He is responsible for securing, entitling, and executing new developments within the Carolinas and Virginia. 

Before joining Stotan, Ben served as the Chicago Market Officer for Ridgeline Property Group, where he sourced industrial development opportunities. He began his development career at Conor Commercial, part of the McShane Companies, as a Development Manager, leading complex infill projects and playing a key role in the firm’s expansion into Savannah, GA. Earlier in his career, Ben held positions as a retail real estate manager for Verizon, an office leasing specialist at CBRE, and a business developer within CBRE’s Global Corporate Services division.

He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Irvine.
