Bobby Patterson

Bobby Patterson joined Stotan Industrial in July of 2021 and currently holds a position of Senior Vice President – Market Officer focused on securing, entitling and executing new development and investment opportunities throughout Texas.

Bobby currently manages an active development pipeline of over 1.5 million square feet of speculative industrial projects under construction or in lease up.

Prior to joining Stotan, Bobby spent 4 years with Colliers International where he provided real estate advisory work for corporate occupiers. Prior to his advisory work, Bobby supported Colliers’ Chicago office both as Financial Analyst and a Research Analyst.

Bobby is a member of the Urban Land Institute and a NAIOP Developing Leader. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics & Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
