Conor Nestor

As Senior Investment Analyst, Conor plays a key role in supporting Stotan’s investment platform, leading underwriting efforts across targeted markets and supporting a robust pipeline of acquisition and development opportunities.

He is responsible for producing key investment materials that support capital raises, financing, and investment committee approvals. Conor also manages asset-level operations for active development projects totaling over 2 million square feet, working closely with capital partners, lenders, and market officers to ensure smooth execution from due diligence through development, stabilization, and disposition.

Before joining Stotan, Conor was an Analyst in JLL’s Capital Markets Valuation Advisory group, where he valued and consulted on over $1B worth of institutional-grade industrial assets and capital markets transactions.

Conor earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance and a minor in Real Estate from The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business.
