Jack Sweany

Jack Sweany joined Stotan Industrial in May of 2022. He is responsible for managing implementation from site due diligence and entitlement through occupancy of new development opportunities nationwide.

Prior to joining Stotan, he was a Project Manager at McShane Construction in Rosemont, IL. He managed design/build construction of build-to-suit and speculative industrial warehouse and commercial office projects, both locally in the Chicago area and nationally. During his seven years with McShane he completed 2+ million square feet of industrial buildings.

Jack is a member a licensed Professional Engineer in Illinois. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Marquette University and a master’s degree in construction engineering and management from the University of Colorado Boulder.
