Linda Pace

Linda Pace joined Stotan Industrial in January 2024 as Chief Administrative Officer and a member of the Executive Committee. She oversees the company’s financial, administrative, accounting, and human resources functions, and supports strategic planning and business development.

Before Stotan, Linda was an independent project consultant for Bain Capital’s real estate division, managing commercial asset dispositions nationwide. Previously, she served as Chief Administrative Officer and Director of HR at Blue Vista Capital Management, a Chicago-based real estate private equity firm. She also held the role of Principal/SVP and Director of Dispositions at JLL in its Investment Management Group.

Linda holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Notre Dame.
