Sam Kuta

As Senior Investment Analyst, Sam plays a central role in executing Stotan’s investment strategy through the underwriting and evaluation of acquisition and development opportunities.

He is actively involved throughout the lifecycle of an investment, including preparing investment materials for capital raising and financing, leading due diligence efforts, supporting leasing initiatives to stabilize assets, and assisting with the ultimate disposition of investments.

Prior to joining Stotan, Sam was an Asset Management Associate at Link Logistics, where he managed a 30 million-square-foot portfolio of industrial assets across five markets. In this role, he helped execute strategic business decisions, capital planning, and asset benchmarking while working closely with the investment team to provide market- and asset-level insights on acquisitions and dispositions totaling more than 6 million square feet.

Sam earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
