Alex joined Stotan in June of 2024. He is responsible for managing the due diligence, design, permitting, construction and closeout process for new Stotan development projects.

Prior to joining Stotan, he was a Development Associate at Brennan Investment Group in Rosemont, IL. There he managed the development of build-to-suit and speculative industrial warehouse projects both locally in the Chicago area and nationally. Prior to that he worked for Clayco in Chicago building a build-to-suit industrial warehouse as well as The Hanover Company in San Diego building residential developments.

Alex holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University.
